Converse Hope Center Fundraising Auction - Douglas Golf Course

On August 22, 2025, Bixby Auction Group had the honor of leading a spirited afternoon fundraising auction at the Douglas Golf Course and Community Center in Douglas, Wyoming. The event brought together community members for an afternoon of fellowship, friendly competition, and generosity, all in support of the Converse Hope Center. With enthusiastic bidding and strong local support, vital funds were raised to continue the Center’s mission of providing advocacy, crisis intervention, and youth programs for victims of crime in Converse County. We are proud to have played a role in an event that showcased the strength and heart of the Douglas community.

First Responders Freedom Fest Pie Auction

The 5th Annual First Responders Freedom Fest & 5K will take place on Friday, July 4, 2025, at Washington Park in Douglas, Wyoming, bringing the community together for a day full of family fun, fitness and patriotic celebration, while honoring the dedicated first responders who serve and protect Converse County. This year introduces two new additions: the Watermelon Eating Contest and the first-ever Pie Auction, co-hosted by Bixby Auction Group LLC, both sure to add extra flavor and fun to the event. Notably, both the Freedom Fun Run 5K and the Pie Auction are fundraisers that help support future community events hosted by the Douglas Police Department.
