The CES course educates professionals on working with family members, dealing with lawyers and accountants, and understanding the comprehensive and complex processes of estate liquidation. That often means aligning the personal property process with key probate realities, such as the appointment and authority of the personal representative, required notices to interested parties and creditors, documenting assets through inventory, addressing valid claims and obligations, and maintaining clear records for reporting and final accounting prior to distribution.

The Auction Marketing Management (AMM) designation strengthens the marketing systems behind our auctions with a modern, measurable approach. The AMM emphasizes building brand identity and optimizing the buyer journey, strengthening website performance and technical SEO, improving Google Business visibility, creating effective organic content and leveraging user-generated content, developing paid advertising across channels, using analytics to measure performance and applying marketing technology and automation tools to execute consistently and refine strategy over time.
